When you place a cash-on-delivery order we collect your name, mobile number, optional email address, full delivery address, city, state and PIN code. If you contact us, we keep the message you send. We do not collect or store any card, UPI or bank details, because we do not accept online payments.

• To pack, dispatch and deliver your order
• To call or message you about your order status
• To answer your support enquiries
• To send you brand updates, only if you subscribe

Sharing

We share your delivery name, address and phone number with our courier partner so your order can be delivered. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage on your device

Your shopping bag is saved in your own browser storage so it is still there when you come back. You can clear it at any time by emptying your bag or clearing browser data.

Your choices

Write to eviyacosmetic@gmail.com to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to have it deleted after your order has been delivered.
