Where we ship

We ship across India from our base in Surat, Gujarat.

Charges

• Free shipping on orders of ₹499 and above
• Flat ₹49 shipping on orders below ₹499
• No extra cash-on-delivery handling fee

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation. Typical delivery is 3–7 working days depending on your location. Remote PIN codes, public holidays and courier delays can extend this.

Order confirmation

Because every order is cash on delivery, our team may call or WhatsApp you on the number you provide to confirm your order before dispatch. Orders we cannot confirm may be cancelled.

Tracking

Once your parcel ships we will share tracking details on WhatsApp at +91 8530302087 or by email.

Undelivered parcels

If a cash-on-delivery parcel is refused or cannot be delivered after repeated attempts, it returns to us and the order is closed. Repeated refusals may mean we ask for advance confirmation on future orders.
